Our three-brand family delivers a full spectrum of house-wiring solutions—from standard PVC to Flame Retardant (FR), Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS), Heat-Resistant Flame Retardant (HR-FR) formulations—so builders, electricians, and homeowners can choose precisely the safety profile and performance their projects demand.
Domestic Wire

Hilite’s HR-FR wires blend PVC matrix with alumina trihydrate synergists, allowing safe continuous operation up to 85 °C while arresting flame propagation within 5s of ignition. The compound’s high oxygen index of 30% surpasses ordinary PVC’s 21%, thereby raising the threshold at which the cable can sustain combustion. Self-extinguishing; no molten drip, preventing cascade fires in vertical conduits and withstands ambient hotspots in attics, solar rooftops, and metal-sheet terraces.
Hilite’s FRLS wires use a modified PVC compound enriched with antimony oxide and smoke-suppressant additive packages that cut visible smoke to ≤60% and limit HCl emission to ≤0.5% by mass during combustion. This formulation preserves evacuation visibility and curtails corrosive gas attack on electronics.
HLT FR wires incorporate standard PVC infused with antimony trioxide flame retardants to delay ignition and self-extinguish once external flame is removed. Temperature index >250 °C prevents insulation melt-drip under overload and conforms to IS 694 FR tests.
Uco wires meet the baseline requirements of IS 694 for 70 °C PVC insulation. They pass glow-wire ignition at 650 °C yet lack specialised smoke suppression or halogen control. These budget-friendly cables suit temporary wiring, economy housing, and short-run extensions where stringent fire codes do not apply.
Flexible cables- Our 2 core flexible unsheathed wire range provides reliable, adaptable power solutions for domestic, commercial, and light industrial applications where flexibility and dual-conductor configurations are essential. These round, flexible cables feature multi-stranded copper conductors in PVC insulation, designed for applications requiring frequent movement or complex routing paths.
Industrial Cable
Submersible Cables designed for direct immersion and harsh-environment wet applications, these 3-core cables feature finely stranded copper conductors with water-resistant PVC insulation and sheathing. Rated up to 1,100 V, they withstand continuous flexing and resist oil, chemicals, and abrasion.
Multi-Core Round Copper Cables featuring fine-stranded copper conductors with PVC insulation and sheath, these cables excel in high-flex and high-reliability environments. Rated 450/750 V LT (1,100 V variants available), they serve robotics, heavy-duty equipment, instrumentation, and panel wiring where minimal voltage drop and superior conductivity are critical.
Twin Flat Aluminium Cables also known as 2-core service cables, these cost-effective, lightweight aluminium cables use solid or compact stranded aluminium conductors insulated and sheathed in PVC. Their flat profile eases installation in trunking and conduit, while 450/750 V LT ratings (and up to 1,100 V variants) meet domestic and commercial supply needs. Excellent for overhead service entries and metered connections.
Multi-Core Round Aluminium Cables- These flexible round cables bundle multiple aluminum conductors—each insulated in high quality PVC—under a common PVC sheath. Available in 2 to 4 cores and rated up to 1,100 V, they balance flexibility with mechanical protection, ideal for motor circuits, control wiring, and power distribution in non-armored installations.

Switchgear

Main switch are used in electrical installations to switch off the power supply to the building or specific circuits for maintenance or emergency purposes. It is typically located at the main electrical panel or distribution board. At our manufacturing facility, main switches are engineered to provide reliable and consistent performance over me, with durable construction.
Changeover is an essential component of electrical installations that enables switching between two power sources. It is typically used to ensure continuous power supply to critical loads in case of a power outage or when switching from one power source to another. We use only the highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure that our changeovers are of the highest quality and meet the unique needs of our customers.
Bus bars are an essential component of electrical power distribution systems that provide a safe and efficient way to conduct and distribute power. We offer a range of high-quality bus bar chambers in different specifications and configurataons designed to meet the needs of various industries.
Reversing switches are essential components of many industrial applications, including cranes, hoists, and other heavy machinery. These switches are designed to change the direction of rotation of the motor, allowing for precise control over the movement of the machinery. At our manufacturing company, we offer a range of high-quality reversing switches designed to meet the needs of various industries.
Kit-kat fuses are electrical protection devices that are commonly used in low voltage electrical installaons to protect against overloads and short circuits. Our kit kat fuses are designed and tested to meet or exceed industry standards for safety, durability, and performance. We use only the highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure that our kit-kat fuses are of the highest quality and meet the unique needs of our customers.
MCB Box- MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) boxes are an essential component of electrical power distribution systems that provide a safe and reliable way to manage and distribute power. They are used to house and protect MCBs, which are devices designed to automatically switch off the electrical circuit when they detect an overload or short circuit. Our MCB boxes are available in different sizes and configurations to meet different application requirements.
Miniature Circuit Breaker- MCBs (Miniature Circuit Breakers) are devices designed to automatically switch off the electrical circuit when they detect an overload or short circuit. RCCBs (Residual Current Circuit Breakers) are designed to provide protection against electrical shocks and electrocution by detecting and interrupting the electrical circuit when a fault is detected. Isolators are devices used to disconnect power from an electrical circuit for maintenance or other purposes. Our products are engineered to provide reliable and consistent performance over time, with features such as advanced protection technology, high breaking capacity, and durable construction.
